The compilation Fabsound Records Fights Autism is AVAILABLE ONLINE NOW. My son was diagnosed with Autism in April 2006; proceeds made from the sale of the CD will go to Fabsound Foundation. Fabsound Studio is a subdivision of Fabsound Records LLC.
It is located just outside Chicago’s down town area (see map below) in the heart of the Ukrainian Village just off the 90/94 expressway which makes it ideal for bands and other clients to get to and street parking is free.

Fabsound Studio was created in 2002 by Fabsound owner and founder Fabien Van der Stappen after he moved from Brussels Belgium to Chicago.

Fabsound Studios was originally founded to offer local and international musicians a place to record and rehearse with quality equipment at a very affordable price.

The studio is equipped with industrial standard digital and analog equipment. There are 3 isolated rooms providing an ideal atmosphere for musical recording, and also offers a vocal booth equipped for post production sound (ADR, Voice Over and Foley).

We have had some great local and international artists come practice and record at Fabsound, including Schizowave, Steve Arvey, Lurrie Bell, Liquid Soul, Fall Out Boy, Bitter Tears, Chicago Samba, Scale, Jonny Rumble, Vamplifier, California’s Kneebody, Switzerland’s Chris Harper with Viviane Vance Kelly, Frank Palermo, Dan Effland, Rock and Roll Dad, George Stancell, David Vandervelde and more(see Fabsound Clients).
